Privacy Policy

Sada POS is point-of-sale software for retail and food-service businesses. The app is installed on a device at the business location and used by its staff. The data controller is Nazarly Digital (Ashgabat, Turkmenistan).
What data we process
- Sales data of the business: receipts, order contents, totals, discounts, refunds, shifts, cash movements, expenses.
- Customer data of the business: name and phone number, if entered by staff into a customer record.
- Staff data: name, position, role, pay rates and payouts. PIN codes are stored only as a one-way hash.
- Device operation data: app version, uptime, application and database failures, printer status, device identifier and terminal number.
The app does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone or user files, and collects no data for advertising.
Why we need it
- To run the point of sale: issuing receipts, tracking shifts, stock and staff settlements.
- To synchronise data between the registers of one location and the owner's dashboard.
- For technical support: failure data lets us spot a malfunctioning register before the customer calls. This data is operational only - it contains no amounts, receipts or names.
Where data is stored
The primary copy of the data stays on the device itself - the app works without internet. When a connection is available, data is transmitted to our server over a secure connection (HTTPS). If a location has several registers, they exchange data within the local network, without going out to the internet.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising or analytics. Access is limited to the business owner, the staff they authorise, and our personnel to the extent needed for technical support.
How long we keep data
Data is retained while the licence is active and is deleted at the request of the business owner. The app itself has a setting for how long history is kept on the device.
Your rights and data deletion
The business owner may request an export or deletion of their data by writing to contact@nazarly.digital. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days. Deletion means removing the location's receipts, customers, staff and history from our servers.
Children
The app is intended for business staff and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We announce changes to this policy by updating the date on this page.
